Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced liquidity product leader to drive the strategy, commercialization, and performance of our cash and liquidity solutions business. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of liquidity products, driving pricing and profitability initiatives, partnering closely with Coverage teams, and developing strategic solutions that support client growth and business objectives.

The role requires a commercially minded leader who can operate effectively in an evolving environment, balance client needs with business priorities, and influence stakeholders across Product, Coverage, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology.

The successful candidate will combine product management expertise, strong commercial judgment, and deep knowledge of liquidity solutions, deposits, and transaction banking.

The team is responsible for the strategy, management, and commercialization of liquidity products across our cash management platform. We partner closely with Coverage, Treasury Sales, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver solutions that help clients optimize working capital, manage liquidity, and support their broader financial objectives.

We focus on driving product growth, improving client outcomes, enhancing profitability, and identifying opportunities to evolve our product offering in response to changing client needs and market trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the end-to-end strategy and performance of a portfolio of liquidity and deposit products.
  • Develop and execute product growth initiatives focused on client adoption, deposit growth, revenue generation, and profitability.
  • Partner with Coverage and Treasury Sales teams to support strategic client opportunities and design tailored liquidity solutions.
  • Evaluate product performance and client demand to identify opportunities for product enhancements, portfolio optimization, and commercialization initiatives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Product and Coverage teams, helping translate client needs and market feedback into actionable product priorities.
  • Lead discussions with senior stakeholders regarding product strategy, pricing, profitability, and investment priorities.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team while fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Support the development of business cases and strategic recommendations for new products, capabilities, and market opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in Transaction Banking, Liquidity Product Management, Cash Management, Treasury Services, or related financial services businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience managing liquidity, deposit, or cash management product portfolios.
  • Experience developing pricing strategies and managing product profitability.
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking, transaction banking, liquidity solutions, and deposit products.
  • Experience partnering with client-facing teams to support solutioning, commercialization, and business development efforts.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing liquidity, deposit, sweep, investment, or cash concentration products.
  • Experience with product commercialization and portfolio management in a transaction banking environment.
  • Understanding of balance sheet management, funding, and product economics.
  • Experience working closely with Coverage, Treasury Sales, Relationship Management, or Corporate Banking teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
