  • Works independently or within project teams to guide application and QA testing.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Conducts presentations, walkthroughs, and reviews of requirements, system behavior, and test outcomes for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Work with business owners, technical teams and project managers to ensure alignment of quality expectations.
  • Collaborate directly with application developers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure application quality by clarifying requirements, validating technical behaviors, supporting defect root cause analysis, and verifying that implemented functionality aligns with expected design and system workflows.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve product quality, usability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, templates, and automation opportunities.
  • Participate in team planning, prioritization, and release preparation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
