Role Description:

Support the Corporate Affairs team in driving global brand governance, content strategy and management focused on advancing the Zoetis brand by influencing and engaging all stakeholders -- from colleagues and customers to our communities. Play a highly visible role advocating for the global brand strategy and its direct impact on Zoetis' relevance, reputation and reach as the global leader in animal health recognized for its market leading innovation, commitment to sustainability and purpose-driven culture and environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Advance the corporate brand strategy with a long-range roadmap to drive global brand awareness, influence, and trust
  • Define enterprise brand positioning for the next phase of growth
  • Establish a differentiated brand platform that strengthens emotional connection while reinforcing trust, innovation, and leadership
  • Ensure a consistent, modern, and impactful brand voice across all channels and audiences
  • Translate business strategy into compelling external narratives that resonate with clients, prospects, employees, and partners
  • Own visual and verbal identity, brand guidelines, architecture, and governance to support the global organization

Digital Strategy & Content Ecosystem

  • Lead strategy for Zoetis.com, corporate social channels and governance for business channels, ensuring user experience meets stakeholder needs across the digital ecosystem and optimizing relationships among product sites, social channels, and country sites
  • Oversee paid digital strategy to drive key brand narratives across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, SEM, and display advertising
  • Drive reputation performance in AI-enabled discovery (AEO/GEO/LLM), monitoring how the company appears in AI-assisted search and answer surfaces to improve accuracy, consistency, and visibility
  • Support the employer brand and digital strategy as appropriate
  • Ensure internal creators understand best practices for optimizing content visibility and engagement

Content Development & Activation

  • Develop, create, and execute integrated content and communications plans across corporate reputation, workplace content, and corporate narrative priorities
  • Define and launch campaigns that measurably contribute to brand equity, and revenue growth
  • Partner closely with Communications, Sustainability, and Public Affairs teams on thought leadership content, audience outreach, and activation via coordinated calendar and campaign strategy
  • Serve as key point of contact for corporate content, corporate blog and video production, leveraging a network of preferred consultants and partnering across the business to determine an efficient operating model
  • Define and execute a social and content marketing strategy, leveraging corporate and business content, to achieve awareness and preference goals with targeted audiences including veterinarians, producers, investors, colleagues, and recruits

Measurement & Performance

  • Define metrics for success across all programs and introduce best-in-class corporate digital and social editorial planning, program measurement, and evaluation
  • Support executive-level brand metrics and dashboards

Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee Corporate Brand Architecture & Standards, Corporate Digital and Social Media Marketing, Digital & Creative Services, Digital Communications Strategy, and Digital Content Channel Management
  • Serve as a recognized brand, content, and social evangelist, providing resources and learnings to global markets to maximize their success.

Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
  • 10-15 years of experience in digital and brand strategies, management, and analytics
  • 5+ years in a leadership and management role
  • Strong executive presence
  • Marketing operations, global brand strategy preferred
  • Familiar with content management and marketing tools to improve efficiency and operational excellence
  • Experience providing data and insights to executive level audience
  • Ability to organize, analyze and use data to inform strategy and report on impact
  • Inspiring leader and counselor with a track record of advising across a complex organization and successful stakeholder management.
  • Ability to operate as a central leader in a de-centralized and entrepreneurial and international organization
  • Ability to drive strong collaboration with global cross functional teams, willing to both lead and execute, leveraging organization resources
  • Strong B2B/B2C experience, human health care, pet care and animal health a plus
  • Vendor and agency relationship management experience

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $234,000.00 - $330,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation
