This role is critical to advancing enterprise data capabilities, strengthening decision-making through trusted analytics, and leading the organization's responsible adoption of modern AI technologies. As the Director of Data & AI Enablement, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's data and analytics strategy, modernizing enterprise reporting, and enabling AI-driven insights that improve business performance. You will partner closely with Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver integrated data solutions that drive measurable outcomes and operational excellence. You will lead the enterprise vision for Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and large language model (LLM)-enabled capabilities, ensuring innovation is balanced with strong data governance and ERP data integrity.
