*Outbound Call Specialist (Part-Time)* *Overview* We are seeking a reliable and confident *Outbound Call Specialist* to support our client outreach efforts. In this role, you will reconnect with former and prospective customers, qualify interest, and help drive business opportunities by scheduling follow-ups with our sales team. This is an ideal position for someone comfortable working in a traditional office environment who enjoys structured outreach and relationship-building.
*Key Responsibilities* * Make *40-70 outbound calls per day* to warm leads from an existing database (3,000-5,000 contacts) * Engage with former and prospective customers to assess satisfaction with their current vendor * Reintroduce company services and identify potential interest in re-engagement * Accurately document call outcomes in internal systems * Schedule follow-up reminders for future outreach when appropriate * Transfer interested prospects to Sales Representatives for further engagement * Follow structured call scripts and voicemail guidelines *Required Qualifications* * Minimum *2 years of experience in an office environment* * *1-2 years of call center or outbound calling experience* * Strong phone presence and clear communication skills * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience in *lead generation, customer reactivation, or upselling* * Ability to work effectively with *legacy systems or outdated technology* * Self-motivated with strong follow-through and organizational skills *Work Schedule* * *Part-time: 20-30 hours per week* * Flexible scheduling options: * Work half-days, Monday-Friday * Or select *3-4 full days* within the Monday-Friday workweek *Work Environment* * Casual dress code * Small, team-oriented office setting (approximately 10-15 employees) * Established company with *50 years in business* * Traditional office environment with legacy systems and processes * Stable, close-knit team that has successfully adapted through organizational changes *About the Company* We are a long-standing business with over *50 years of industry experience*, built on strong relationships and customer service.
