This Associate, Global Business Services (IT) opportunity is designed for former SC Johnson IT interns seeking to transition into a fulltime role within our Global Information Security, Data & Analytics, or Technology Delivery teams. These fulltime positions provide the opportunity to continue building technical and business capabilities while working on high impact initiatives that support SC Johnson's global business. Associates will collaborate closely with cross functional partners and technology leaders to help drive data informed decisions, strengthen security and risk posture, and deliver technology solutions that enable business growth.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Prior Global Business Services (IT) internship experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity / Information Security, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related technology field.

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for fulltime employment

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fastpaced, evolving environment

  • Strong analytical, technical, and problemsolving skills

  • Demonstrated leadership capability within academic, internship, or extracurricular settings

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders

  • Business acumen and interest in applying technology to solve realworld business challenges

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

  • Curiosity, initiative, and comfort navigating complex systems and data

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Time

  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.

  • This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
