The Accounting & Bookkeeper will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping functions. This role will also provide limited support for employee benefits administration and select HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
  • Generate, track, and manage customer invoices
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections efforts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking
  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
  • Provide administrative support related to employee benefits and HR functions
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments, vendors, and customers
