We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a highly respected and rapidly growing organization. This unique opportunity combines aesthetic medicine, surgical patient management, and practice growth initiatives. The selected provider will work closely with board-certified surgeons while helping expand the practice's non-surgical aesthetic offerings and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and surgical preparation
  • Coordinate testing, medical clearances, and patient education
  • Manage post-operative follow-up care and recovery monitoring
  • Assess healing progress and identify potential complications
  • Provide ongoing patient communication and care coordination
  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
  • Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals
  • Educate patients on surgical and non-surgical treatment options
  • Maintain accurate treatment documentation and photography
  • Follow evidence-based aesthetic medicine protocols and safety standards
  • Perform procedures within scope of practice and credentialing
  • Assist with wound care, scar management, suture removal, and postoperative treatments
  • Support physicians during office-based procedures and treatments
  • Build and maintain long-term patient relationships
  • Support patient retention through outstanding outcomes and service
  • Identify opportunities to expand aesthetic treatment utilization
  • Participate in community outreach, educational events, and marketing initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource and ambassador for the practice
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Complete required continuing education and professional development activities
