Summary

Manages the centralized HR Transactions Services team overseeing the processing of all applicable HR ERP
transactions for the health system. Leads a group of HR Data Coordinators responsible for the processing of
high-volume HR transactions, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and partnering with HR Shared Services
and Payroll Shared Services to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all health system human
resources data.



  • Oversee HR Data Coordinators managing workloads and assigning daily responsibilities to achieve
    outcomes that are timely, accurate, and compliant.
  • Cultivate and drive high quality customer service standards. Coaches team to achieve the highest
    standards for accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversees team performance, analyzes trends in issues and inquiries, and fosters the enhancement of
    customer service standards.
  • Consistently assesses systems and procedures, applying a process improvement perspective.
  • Provide mentorship and development support to HR Data Coordinators and Payroll Coordinator(s).
  • Monitors customer satisfaction results and adjusts service delivery protocols based on feedback.
  • Direct complex employee inquiries to the appropriate Center of Excellence (COE) for support, and
    coordinate with COE functions as required.
  • Assist in developing and verifying content needed to support HRSC training.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or
    related field (Required)


  • One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one
    year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required
    education.


Experience



  • Five years of experience in Human Resources, reporting or systems experience (Required)
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism


Salary Range: Minimum 41.88/hour - Maximum 73.31/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
