Receivables/Collections Clerk

Coraopolis Water & Sewer Authority is seeking a dedicated person to fill the Receivables/Collections
Clerk Position Qualified applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills,
computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel preferred) and have some bookkeeping knowledge.

Job Responsibilities: maintain payment window for utility payments and other fees, process credit card
and ACH payments, prepare bank deposits and balance cash/check drawer daily, answer phones for the
Authority and Coraopolis Borough. Assist Manager with various assignments and projects and various
office duties.
