This role executes annealing, bonding, and stacking operations in accordance with established procedures, work instructions, and recipes while operating standard production equipment and control panels under routine or general supervision. The position is responsible for producing magnetic stacks that meet documented dimensional and magnetic specifications, escalating abnormalities or deviations to senior technicians or engineering as required. This role emphasizes safety, quality, consistency, and technical skill development while contributing to the reliable production of high-value products. Primary Responsibilities:
