Overview Position Summary Shermco is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience designing and upgrading medium voltage electrical distribution systems for industrial, commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and mission-critical facilities. This position will serve as both a technical lead and client-facing engineering advisor responsible for developing electrical infrastructure solutions, leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and helping customers improve the reliability, safety, and performance of their power systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medium & low voltage system design, equipment specification, power system studies, and customer relationship management. This is a hybrid position with 3/4 days a week in the office, but ultimately depends on client needs. Note to candidates: We recognize that qualified candidates may not have every skill listed below.
