Description
Starkey is hiring a Mold Maker - Class A at its Glencoe, MN location. The Class A Mold Maker will be responsible for supporting Mechanical Engineers and the Injection Lab groups in the building, repair and maintenance of injection molds. Watch this video to see more of what sets Starkey apart. https://youtu.be/9cUYwTlCepg?si=wkovx8_R_iINfrc6 Responsibilities Build, repair and maintain all injection molds and their components with the highest degree of skills and craftsmanship on a consistent basis.
Build fixtures, prototypes, and machine parts with the highest degree of skill and craftsmanship on a consistent basis.
Maintain accurate documentation and record keeping of all Tool room procedures as necessary.
Work towards continual improvement on an ongoing basis.

Knowledge / Technical Requirements
Technical understanding of injection mold processing. The target rate for this position is between $31.10/hr to $41.97/hr Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
