***This is an Onsite working arrangement at our Glendale, Los Angeles, CA office.***

About the role:

As a Senior Real EstateMarketing & Transaction Coordinator (internally called Senior Client Services Coordinator), you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional marketing and administrative support to an assigned broker team. From project management to marketing oversight, you're the go-to guru for all things Commercial real estate. You're ready to tackle any administrative challenge or marketing task that comes your way.

In this role, you will:

  • Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items.
  • Participate in coordination of transaction and due diligence processes. entering deal sheets, submitting completed trade records, and supporting paperwork.
  • Monitor competitor research and data collection, and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data, such as company and title searches, and property particulars (e.g. financial, marketing, research).
  • Develop pitch materials and presentations for a varied range of clients and brokers (e.g. gather maps, surveys, other applicable research).
  • Responsible for managing edits and updating marketing materials on a daily basis.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports as it relates to Brokers' listings.
  • Create various presentation materials including BOVs, tour books and flyers - update as needed to show changes in project.
  • Maintain property listings on various websites; update Brokers' recent transactions on applicable websites
  • Make updates to street maps or other visual aids such as graphs and charts.
  • Draft or edit documents for spelling, grammar and layout. Keen proofreading skills required.
  • Prepare property surveys (lease and sales comparables, availabilities).
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of relevant Commercial Real Estate experience.
  • Adobe InDesign experience is strongly preferred. Experience using Canva and other design software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or similar field or applicable work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.

Pursuant to state/local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $26.35/hour to $33.65/hour

Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
