The Change Management Lead / Training Lead is responsible for designing and executing the comprehensive organizational change management (OCM) and workforce transition strategy that enables 6,000+ workforce members to successfully adopt the modernized acquisition system. This role develops the stakeholder engagement strategy, communications plan, change impact assessments, resistance management approach, and training program. The Change Management Lead partners closely with the HCD Analyst, Business Architect, and Program Manager to ensure that the human side of the transformation is managed with the same rigor as the technical side.
