Department's Website: Reporting to the Associate Dean of Enrollment Services, this position leads the development and coordination of integrated marketing strategies that blend data-driven strategy decision making with compelling, human-centered storytelling. The Associate Director collaborates cross-functionally across the university to align messaging, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure a cohesive, brand-aligned experience across communication channels. This role oversees the planning, execution, and performance of targeted marketing initiatives, while supporting marketing automation workflows and CRM-driven communications. As a key contributor to institutional enrollment strategy, this position helps guide cross-channel campaign planning, evaluates marketing effectiveness through data and testing, and ensures prospective students and families receive personalized, timely, and relevant communications at every stage of the college search process. Key Responsibilities: *Lead the design and implementation of targeted marketing strategies that support undergraduate and transfer recruitment goals. *Support public relations strategies and executive communications in collaboration with the Vice Provost of Enrollment and the Associate Dean of Enrollment to promote the status of the university. *Lead the coordination and execution of the full lifecycle marketing experience in collaboration with a marketing technology team, ensuring strategic alignment and sequencing across email campaigns, SMS, microsites, landing pages, and behavioral triggers. *Provide strategic direction for digital content and visual storytelling initiatives that support the student journey, in collaboration with internal staff and external vendors. *Conduct ongoing performance analysis of marketing campaigns using engagement metrics, audience behavior insights, A/B testing, and conversion tracking to inform strategy, optimize outcomes, and guide future campaign planning. *Partner with Admissions, Enrollment Services, the Honors College, academic departments, and University Relations to coordinate marketing initiatives, align campaign strategy and timelines, and ensure a cohesive message across all platforms. *Supervise staff responsible for content production, social media, and marketing project coordination. *Evaluate and apply emerging trends in enrollment marketing, including digital platforms, prospective student behavior, and marketing technology, to improve campaign effectiveness and inform departmental strategy. *Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, FERPA), and university brand guidelines. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
