Job Description




Allied Universal is seeking a Billing Analyst for a Helathcare client located in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

    Position Is: Full Time - Position is not remote and requires employee to be in office
  • Pay Rate: $28.16 / hour

Requisition Job Description

  • This position will be reporting to the Finance Manager for retail expenses and will be directly supporting the Enterprise Security Department.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

  • Review invoices for accurate data submissions and rate validations from multiple vendors on a daily basis
  • Process all assigned invoices accurately, efficiently and timely
  • Assist in monthly closings by preparing accruals in a timely manner to our Finance partners for review and processing
  • Submit business requests (contract, purchase orders, vendor creations etc.) for new engagements
  • Submit requests for check voids and payment voucher cancellations as needed
  • Identify and research monthly variances to budget or forecast
  • Partner directly with the finance team on goals and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of professional work experience in a fast-paced, high-volume data-entry office setting with an inquisitive mind set looking to learn and grow with the team
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and proven ability to prioritize competing demands from within the enterprise
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Ability to manipulate data and use basic functions in Excel
  • Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally both verbally and in writing in order to establish effective working relationships
  • Ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency with a proven ability to respond to and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP and Ariba

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred.
