Description and Requirements Lenovo is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions & Services Executive (SSE) - Global Accounts. As a Sr. SSE, you will be entrusted with nurturing and owning the SSG relationship with large Commercial customers across the lifecycle of a deal. The Sr. SSE will orchestrate deals that resonate with customer needs and bring the very best of the SSGs offerings. This is a client-facing sales role; industry sales experience, the ability to identify, consultative engagement, close net new business, and expertise are required. We are looking for an acquisition seller with a proven track record to take their career and our solutions and services business to the next level. The candidate will also evaluate customer opportunities as presented in, RFPs/RFQs or engagements, from the Services and Hardware Sales teams and use this information to manage the sales engagement process to ensure we meet the customer's requirements. Lenovo solutions can include Services, Hardware, Software, Security, ISVs, and additional 3rd Party Services from Lenovo Business partners. This role is responsible for driving Lenovo's services business across a portfolio of global Manufacturing accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and helping customers achieve their business and technology objectives. We are seeking a strategic, consultative sales professional with experience supporting large enterprise Manufacturing organizations and a strong understanding of smart manufacturing solutions, industrial automation, robotics, engineering environments, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. The successful candidate will identify, develop, and close complex services opportunities while partnering with Lenovo's global account teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, accelerate digital transformation, and drive measurable business outcomes for customers worldwide. This is a fully remote position that supports customers and account teams globally and requires the ability to engage effectively across multiple geographies and time zones. The base salary budgeted range for this position is 180K - 215K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
