External Job Description Introduction to the Job At ASML, you'll help make the technology behind the world's most advanced microchips possible. As a Manufacturing Operations Group Lead, you will lead people, processes, and production activities that support the delivery of complex lithography systems used by leading semiconductor manufacturers around the world. This Manufacturing Operations Group Lead role combines operational leadership with people development. You will help create a safe, productive, and continuously improving manufacturing environment while supporting production goals, new product introductions, and organizational growth in our Wilton, Connecticut facility. Schedule:First Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Role and Responsibilities As a Manufacturing Operations Group Lead, you will lead a manufacturing area and help ensure consistent delivery of quality products.
