Compensation: This opportunity includes an established territory with existing disposable product utilization and revenue-generating accounts, allowing representatives to step into a business with an active customer base while pursuing additional growth opportunities.This is a W-2 employee positionand includes eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and other company-sponsored programs. Compensation Disclosure:As required by applicable state law, this position is compensated through an uncapped commission plan. Representatives earn commission from day one, with earnings directly tied to territory growth and individual sales performance. On-Target Earnings (OTE):$220-$260K (based on achievement of expected performance goals) Top performers may significantly exceed OTE based on individual performance and territory growth. CONMED is driven to work together with our customers to make healthcare better. This role requires access to customer accounts as a function of the job.
