Team Overview

The team will work to establish a clear and consistent narrative across our customers, consumers and global workforce to strengthen our position and accelerate our success.

This role reports directly to the Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMO). This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

This role exists to maximize the EVP, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer's effectiveness by managing complexity, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless execution of executive priorities in a fastpaced, global environment.

  • Serve as a strategic administrative executive partner to the EVP, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, enhancing executive effectiveness, managing complexity, and enabling seamless execution of global priorities. Act as a key liaison with crossfunctional partners and manage highly sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
  • Drive optimal use of executive time by proactively managing calendar strategy, priorities, and meeting cadence across multiple time zones.
  • Manage complex, highvolume calendars, ensuring accuracy, preparedness, and seamless coordination of internal and external engagements.
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, briefings, and contingency planning to support frequent travel.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve workflows, operating rhythms, and administrative systems.
  • Process and complete executive expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile open invoices and coordinate vendor payments with Accounts Payable.
  • Prepare, edit, and coordinate executivelevel presentations, briefing materials, and communications for senior leadership and Board audiences.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, and employee engagement and culture events.
  • Act as a liaison between the CMO, the Marketing Leadership Team, Board stakeholders, and crossfunctional partners (Finance, Legal, Communications, IT, Risk/Compliance).
  • Track action items, deliverables, and followups from executive and leadership meetings to ensure timely execution.
  • Partner with the executive assistant community to set standards for executive support, while orchestrating work and providing daytoday guidance and mentorship to junior administrative talent.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • At least 4+ years of experience supporting EVP or Csuite executives within a global, public company, enabling the ability to manage scale, complexity, and executivelevel expectations effectively
  • Expertise in managing complex, travelheavy schedules across domestic and international regions, enabling seamless coordination across time zones.
  • Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information with trust, discretion, and sound independent judgment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting a CMO or senior people leader, with familiarity across key marketing disciplines.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Board of Directors governance, processes, and cadence, including experience supporting Board and committee meetings and executive preparation sessions.

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, to support executive scheduling, communications, and presentations.
  • Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur) for accurate and timely expense reporting.
  • Leverage AIenabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, quality of work, and decisionmaking, while continuously identifying and implementing more efficient ways of working.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
