Position Title: Onboarding Associate

Duration: 6 months

Location: Cleveland, OH 44135

Pay range: $25 - $27 Hourly on w2


Position Overview

The Onboarding Associate serves as the primary liaison between candidates/new hires and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the organization. This role supports onboarding activities for a designated business line and partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, technology teams, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities



  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including equipment requests, system access, onboarding materials, and stakeholder updates.
  • Monitor completion of onboarding milestones, tasks, and workflows for candidates, new hires, and hiring managers.
  • Identify and escalate process issues to ensure timely onboarding and adherence to service expectations.
  • Conduct onboarding support sessions and provide guidance to stakeholders regarding onboarding tools and processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, connecting them with appropriate resources and subject matter experts.
  • Track onboarding progress and conduct new hire check-ins as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and onboarding requirements.


Required Skills



  • Intermediate-level MS Excel skills.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience with Workday.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Prior HR, administrative, or onboarding experience.

Education
