Job Description
Pay Range: $140,000-165,000, plus yearly bonus Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. The Sr. Program Manager, HR PMO will lead a variety of enterprise Human Resources technology and business projects or programs, applying PMI best practice standards, principles and tools to ensure Quest Diagnostics is efficient and effective in the delivery of its services, solutions, and processes while improving customer and employee satisfaction. The position will sit with Quest's HQ in Secaucus and is hybrid (3 days on site).
