This position is responsible for the direction of the company's Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) and Security programs and policies for the chemical and polymer manufacturing site located in Clinton, IA. The position is also responsible for compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations: local, state and federal. As part of the Clinton Leadership Team, this position provides guidance, direction and coaching to safety and environmental professionals and specialists responsible for the delivery of HSE processes and policies at the Clinton site and as part of relevant corporate networks and teams. The individual serving in this capacity will act as the site's interface with HSE regulatory agencies. A Day in the Life
