Warehouse & Materials Associate (Temporary)

Pay: $23-$24/hour | Temporary Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Materials Associate to support fast-paced manufacturing and distribution operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse logistics, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material handling who thrive in a safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare outgoing orders for delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits
• Operate RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Support inventory reconciliation and material flow activities
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety procedures
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and operational goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or materials management environments
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving, and cycle counting
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
