Job Description: Talent Operations Coordinator, Time & Attendance Shape the Employee Experience. Drive Operational Excellence. We're looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in supporting HR operations while serving as the firm's Workday Time Tracking and Absence expert. In this role, you'll partner with HR, Payroll and HRIS to ensure accurate employee data, efficient timekeeping processes, and continuous improvements that support our global workforce and deliver outstanding service to our people. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range.
