College of Fine & Applied Arts The Office of Public Engagement in the School of Music seeks applicants for a Public Engagement Coordinator position. This position supports the School of Music's outreach, engagement, performance, and special program efforts. Reporting to the Director of the Office of Public Engagement, this position is critical in the execution of the School's many public-facing events, youth programs, and alumni engagement. Duties & Responsibilities Assist in coordination of events.

Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5009 - Events Administrator Associate position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 8/23/2026. The budgeted salary range for this position is $46,000 - 52,000. Final salary offered will be determined by a thorough assessment of available market data, internal salary equity, candidate experience and qualifications, collective bargaining agreements, and budget constraints. This position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship for work authorization.
