The Pharmacy Development Support Specialist plays a key role in advancing pharmacy business growth, operational support, and customer experience. This position partners closely with the Vice President of Pharmacy Services to support strategic initiatives, product development efforts, and operational execution. The role also serves as the central point of contact for internal customer service inquiries and provides support for pharmacy-related systems, including the MDScripts application. Success in this position requires strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
