DepartmentStudent Affairs Job DescriptionJob Summary Reporting to the Associate Dean of Students, this position runs and generates content for programming and events for new students and families; directly manages budgets for the Dean of Students and Smith Life and Learning and has oversight of the Student Affairs budget overall; supports the work of the Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students; and supervises the student affairs office staff. Take appropriate actions to support a diverse workforce and participate in the College's efforts to create a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.
