Apply now Job Summary The Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions is responsible for the overall successful operation, training and monitoring of undergraduate admissions recruitment, selection and yield processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating with departmental leadership to implement student enrollment strategies and manage resources in order to meet performance expectations. The Associate Director will provide leadership in the execution of the business plan, the control of the expenses and other managerial functions, as needed. The Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions ensures that the philosophy and values of Drexel University are clearly communicated to potential students while demonstrating deep academic program knowledge. The Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions provides leadership and mentorship to teammates, assists in the execution of the strategic plan, the control of the expenses and other managerial functions, as needed and drives to help the team achieve the University's quantitative and qualitative goals while exhibiting professionalism, compliance and ethics, accuracy and passion for higher education. This position requires moderate travel (up to 5 weeks of travel in the Fall and 2-3 weeks in the Spring), as well as working evening and weekend hours as assigned. This is a hybrid position, working in person throughout the week. Essential Functions

Additional Information This position is classified as Exempt, grade K. Compensation for this grade ranges from $60,240 - $90,350 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position will vary based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
