Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Assistance Agent to provide professional diagnostic support to dealership service technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional with strong troubleshooting expertise, dealership experience, and a passion for helping resolve complex vehicle concerns.

Key Responsibilities



  • Answer inbound technical support calls related to vehicle systems including hybrid, powertrain, electrical, body, and chassis components.
  • Provide diagnostic guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and repair recommendations to dealership technicians.
  • Document, update, and manage technical assistance cases accurately.
  • Escalate complex concerns to Tier II support, product engineers, and field technical specialists as needed.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and written case documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring technical issues and trends.



Qualifications



  • 5+ years of automotive dealership experience required.
  • Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • ASE Certifications preferred.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to dealership technicians.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and computer-based systems.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing test results required with application.
