Supporting Meaningful Work
  • Aligning with the VP of Sales on annual sales KPIs and metrics to drive growth across the Americas healthcare market.
  • Developing deep expertise in the healthcare market and Steelcase Health clinical products to serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external partners.
  • Building product knowledge and positioning capability with Steelcase Sales and Dealer DSPs to grow the Health clinical products pipeline.
  • Creating and nurturing relationships with Dealer DSPs at top dealers to support opportunity strategies that increase share of wallet.
  • Supporting Steelcase Sales in engaging Steelcase resources and developing opportunity strategies that improve win rate.
  • Owning healthcare relationships and support for three to four sales regions by understanding regional sales goals, dealer and customer business mix, and key growth opportunities. Engaging regional teams through scheduled business reviews, driving initiatives such as upcoming clinical spaces tour and new product adoption (eg Apprise). Build relationships with SCS sales leaders, RHMs, healthcare-focused roles, and top dealer sales representatives.
  • Owning a key initiative by providing oversight that will be implemented nationally, such as training, customer visits, architectural sales strategy and support.
  • Leading virtual tours and developing competitive information to help the field position Steelcase Health solutions effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, design, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of field sales or design experience with a proven record of driving growth and delivering results.
  • Thorough understanding of the dealer design and sales process, including how to influence opportunity strategy through dealer partnerships.
