What You'll Do
  • Executeoncell assemblyrolesandability to follow and generateworkflowinstructions(i.e. SOPs)
  • Utilizeproduction equipmentandprocesses to maintain high-quality standards
  • Assist withequipment,fixture,andtoolingmodificationsandmaintenance
  • Supporttimely failure analysis and root cause identification to resolve assemblyissues
  • Uphold and improve quality assurance,such as incoming inspection of parts or outgoing inspection ofcells
  • Trackinventory, such ascell components, consumables, and lab supplies
  • Uphold safety complianceby following safetyprotocolssuch aslab safety standards, conducting safety audits,andhandlingofhazardous materials (electrolytes, solvents),
  • Performmetrology testingand data capturesuch aspull tests, torque tests,andCT scans
  • Generate reports from collected data
  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 1to2+ years of hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assemblies in a fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Computerproficiency in Microsoft Officea must,with advanced Excel skills,a plus
  • CADfamiliaritywithbasic knowledge ofSolidWorks, a plus
  • Databaseanddata logging toolexperience
  • Strong attention to detail,such asdocumenting metrics and conducting in-process inspections using tools like micrometers, calipers, and multimeters
  • Willingness to learn and apply advanced characterization techniques (e.g., microscopy, X-ray analysis)
  • Organized mindset, with goodcommunicationand analytical skills
  • Self-driven,independent problem-solver capable of working with minimalguidance
  • Physicalrequirements,such asliftingitems up to 25 pounds, standing for long shifts, anddry room/PPEsuch as the capability to wear a respirator are required

    Expected Compensation
    $23.18 - $47.88/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
