The Human Resources Business Analyst (HRBA) plays a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement across the Human Resources function, with a strong focus on healthcare workforce operations. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR metrics and workforce data to drive operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and align HR initiatives with organizational objectives. The HRBA collaborates closely with HR leadership, clinical leaders, and cross-functional teams to support workforce planning, enhance employee engagement strategies, and promote operational excellence. Through insightful analysis and reporting, this role helps identify trends, recommend solutions, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization's workforce and overall performance. Location: This position is onsite and can be located at our HR office in Janesville, WI or Rockford, IL Schedule: Full time (40 hrs./week) Shift: Monday - Friday, business hours between 7:30AM - 4:30PM ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty competently and consistently.
