This Teammate directly manages a team of Nutrition Services Program Managers. Serves as a coach, resource, and mentor to other Dietitians on the team and in the field. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
Participates on Nutrition Services Core Team, maintaining close communication and collaboration with Clinical and Field Leadership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or similar area required Master's degree and/or Certified Specialist, Renal designation preferred Minimum 5 years experience in a dietitian leadership position Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration Proficient at all Dietitian I, Dietitian II and Dietitian III duties State licensure or certification required if licensure or certification is available in the state where the facility is located. Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel required Current driver's license in state of residence and insurable driving record required Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel and Outlook as well as proficiency with DaVita specific applications ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS, SKILLS, AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
