Project Manager (Agile Delivery) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate small to medium-sized business and technology projects. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. * Define project scope, objectives, and business requirements in partnership with stakeholders and project teams. * Lead project execution by coordinating team activities, facilitating meetings, and driving alignment across business and technical teams. * Monitor project progress across multiple Agile teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and business value. * Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while providing regular status updates to stakeholders. * Collaborate with PMO and other organizational departments to ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and documentation requirements. * Support operational readiness activities and coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary. * Provide guidance, mentoring, and best-practice recommendations to project teams and project management peers. * Utilize project portfolio management (PPM) and Agile tools to track project health, team productivity, and delivery metrics. Required Qualifications * Proven experience managing business and technology projects from initiation through completion. * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum principles and practices. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. * Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications * PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. * Experience using project management and Agile delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. * Experience working within PMO-driven environments. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Okemos, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
