Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT
You will lead portfolio strategy across multiple global regions for a complex, international office portfolio, influencing decisions that shape the firm's future workplace footprint and support long-term business performance.
The Real Estate team is responsible for shaping the firm's global workplace portfolio and ensuring our offices enable exceptional client service, collaboration, and colleague experience. You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing portfolio strategy across two of the firm's six global regions, overseeing a diverse portfolio of offices spanning multiple markets and jurisdictions.
You will serve as the senior strategic advisor for your regions, partnering closely with firm leadership, Finance, Legal, Risk, Workplace and Facilities Management teams to align real estate decisions with evolving business priorities. You will lead the development of regional portfolio strategies, translating growth plans, workforce trends, and operational requirements into actionable portfolio roadmaps.
Your work provides end-to-end ownership of portfolio planning and performance, including leasing strategy, renewals, relocations, market entries and exits, capital investment decisions, space optimization, and workplace transformation initiatives. You will evaluate opportunities through a commercial, operational, and risk lens, ensuring the portfolio remains fit for purpose while delivering long-term value.
You will be in a highly visible position with significant influence on the future of the firm's workplace footprint. Your success requires the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, balance competing priorities, and make thoughtful recommendations that advance both regional objectives and global portfolio strategy.
YOUR GROWTH
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.

You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or professional certification in real estate, law, finance, supply chain, project management, or a related field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management, workplace strategy, and/or corporate real estate, ideally with responsibility for a regional or multi-market portfolio
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate portfolio data, financial information, utilization trends, and business priorities into practical recommendations and executive-ready materials
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a complex regional portfolio, manage multiple market-level workstreams, track milestones, resolve issues, and drive decisions through completion with limited supervision
  • Comfort making and defending recommendations based on data, facts, financial analysis, risk considerations, stakeholder input, and sound business judgment
  • Ability to create clear, practical work products, including regional portfolio plans, business cases, decision documents, performance dashboards, governance materials, and leadership updates
  • Exceptional prioritization and operating discipline in a complex, global, and largely autonomous environment with competing regional and global priorities
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, Procurement, Risk, Facilities Management, Workplace, and regional business leaders to shape and execute portfolio decisions
  • Deep expertise in leasing, renewals, relocations, exits, utilization planning, capital planning, supplier governance, performance management, and continuous improvement in a corporate real estate environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage senior leaders, regional stakeholders, functional partners, suppliers, and local market teams
