As Principal Security Architect, you'll be a senior technical leader responsible for shaping and delivering secure-by-design solutions that align with business objectives and risk appetite. In this role, you will tackle the most complex security challenges, directly shape Grid's security policies and strategy, and define best practices. You'll be the critical bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and security services - ensuring solutions comply with regulatory and security requirements. Success is achieved by you delivering deep, hands-on security expertise, mature and professional communication skills, the ability and willingness to mentor and elevate the broader security and engineering teams, and a practical approach to real-world risk reduction.
