Mortenson is currently seeking a PVSolar DesignEngineer I or II to join our Solar group to provide Solar PV design engineering support throughout the proposal and design phase of the project. Travel: Minimal up to 4 times a year Location: MN-HQ (hybrid), would also consider hiring in our Denver, CO and San Antonio, TX regional offices. Relocation is an option. This position offers opportunities at both levels I and II, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location. RESPONSIBILITIES

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan. A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
