We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Position: Financial Assistant/Case Manager The Financial Assistant/Case Manager Specialist ensures that each client obtains entitlements clearance at intake and that resident's benefits are maintained for eligibility. The position will ensure that each TFA package has all the required documentation to assess Veterans' eligibility for Financial Assistance. Also assists veterans through the process and assist them in getting require documentation to determine their eligibility. Must communicate effectively and sensitively with both clients and staff and be particularly attuned to the client's varied and changing abilities to process the often difficult and complex TFA process. Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) is a community-based outreach program, we identify low-income veteran households and connect them with a range of supportive services to promote housing stability and prevent homelessness.
