Job Summary

The Finance Services Manager II - RTR General Accounting is a senior people leader responsible for providing business process and advanced financial and technical expertise across core accounting domains, including Cash, Fixed Assets, Client Services, to include, but not limited to: Payroll, Equity Investments, Debt, Derivatives, and other Miscellaneous. This position is a client lead that serves as a strategic advisor to both internal teams and bottler clients. The FSM II is responsible for developing talent and ensuring operational excellence, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver value, support business transformation, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client lead with overall responsibility and leadership to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial close, reporting, and compliance for general accounting areas as well as keeping a pulse across all teams impacting the client's financials during month end.
  • As a client lead, serves as a single point of contact for all client inquiries and escalations
  • Set and drive the direction for the onshore and offshore team, aligning goals with the company and bottler objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; oversee talent development and performance management.
  • Serve as a technical expert and strategic advisor to internal teams and bottler clients, providing guidance on complex accounting issues and business strategies
  • Build and maintain productive relationships and communicate with multiple levels within internal and bottler organizations, from mid- to executive-level leadership, delivering clear financial and operational insights. The scope of communication extends beyond coordination to strategy, influencing decision-making, managing escalations, and navigating complex, competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Champion process improvement, automation, and innovation to drive operational excellence and customer value.
  • Leverage expertise in SAP, Blackline, Power BI, and related systems to optimize processes and reporting.
  • Support strategic initiatives and drive business results through innovative solutions and process improvements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and customer value.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and company policies; support internal and external audit activities.

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced technical knowledge of general accounting, finance, business processes, and accounting policies/GAAP.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including with senior and executive leaders.
  • Expertise in SAP, advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Access Databases, and accounting support tools (e.g., Blackline).
  • Change management and process improvement focus.

Education Requirements

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance


Preferred: Master's in Accounting or Finance and/or CPA

Years of Experience

  • 5 to 7 years of finance and/or accounting experience
  • 2 years of Supervisory experience

Required Travel

Willingness and ability to travel as required based on business need. Less than 5% of travel.

Hybrid Work Environment

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires regular work at a CCBSS office location (at least the minimum number of days per month or week), at the manager's discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager's discretion and may change based on business needs.
