Education & Experience Required:
-Years of experience: 5+ years industry experience
-3 years - Masters
-Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum preferred, but open to considering an applicant with an Applied Engineering or Technical Business background

-Advanced proficiency with collaboration/project management methods and Microsoft Office programs (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerBi, etc.)
-Ability to conduct analysis on large data sets, quickly summarize key results/trends and incorporate into stakeholder reports.
-Basic knowledge of a full product development lifecycle: business value, systems interactions, requirements gathering, functional specification authoring, product development methods, testing/validation and value stream engineering.
