Responsibilities NV5 is seeking an experienced and motivated Survey Group Manager to lead and grow our Survey Department in our Charlotte, NC office. This leadership role is responsible for managing all survey operations, including conventional surveying, GPS, LiDAR, laser scanning, UAV, and transportation-related survey services. The Survey Group Manager will provide technical oversight, project management, staff leadership, quality assurance, client relationship management, and business development support while ensuring the successful delivery of survey projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive surveying experience, a strong understanding of NCDOT requirements, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
