IT Support Technician
Austin, TX (100% On-Site)

Provide hands-on Tier 1 IT support and hardware troubleshooting alongside senior mentors.

Experience:
2-4 years

Skills:
Windows, iOS/Android, customer service, documentation.

Pluses:
CompTIA A+, PowerShell, networking.

Responsibilities:
Fix employee tech issues (tickets & in-person).
Set up PCs, mobile devices, and accessories.
Manage IT stockrooms and document workflows.
