Description

The Talent Sourcer plays a key role in connecting the organization with exceptional talent by proactively identifying, engaging, and developing strong candidate pipelines. This position supports business hiring goals by sourcing, screening, and attracting passive candidates through a variety of channels. The Talent Sourcer partners closely with Recruiters and business stakeholders to execute innovative sourcing strategies, build meaningful candidate relationships, and deliver qualified talent to meet current and future workforce needs.

Note: This role is based out of the Brooklyn, OH office, with an expectation of working onsite 3 designated inoffice days each week (Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday).

Responsibilities:



  • Primary candidate developer for the Company. Identifies, qualifies, attracts, recruits, pipelines, and engages passive and non-passive candidates to meet organizational current and future hiring needs. Partners with Recruiters in the selection process.
  • Sources passive and active candidates through networking, searching candidate pipelines, cold calling, referrals, professional associations, internet searches, social media, and research to meet current and future talent demands. Researches and investigates new ideas to execute innovative sourcing strategies including candidate engagement through social media channels.
  • Maintains, manages, and engages pipelined passive and non-passive candidates. Engages talent network thru social media channels, phone, email, and other methods of communications and messaging.
  • Assists hiring managers and employees with leveraging their professional network to generate leads, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective & efficient search process for current and future openings. Contacts hiring manager and employee contacts. Partners and is a liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, talent network, and candidates.
  • Proactively engages senior management to leverage business, community and board-level contacts for referrals and pipeline talent.
    Primary candidate developer for the Company, screens and delivers passive and non-passive current and future candidates.
  • Develops a comprehensive candidate pipeline for all positions including; health insurance specific, analyst, information technology, finance, managed care, customer service, diverse candidates, college level candidates, and other challenging and/or other specialties.
  • Nurtures proactive network of talent for immediate access/submission to assigned open requisitions, or for proactive exploratory searches.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years recruiting, staffing, or candidate developer experience with proven track record of ability to fill positions at various professional levels across multiple functional areas; including executive recruiting experience
  • LinkedIn Recruiter, or Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), or Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), or other AIRS certification preferred
  • Professional Human Resource or other recognized HR certification preferred
  • Labor market and effective sourcing pool knowledge
  • General HR regulations and practices
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and human resources information systems skills
