What You Will Do:
Inspect & Evaluate Equipment - Complete initial rental inspections, equipment condition reports, and damage assessments to ensure machines meet quality and safety standards.
Perform Maintenance & Repairs - Conduct basic maintenance, diagnose service issues, and perform repairs to keep rental equipment operating at peak performance.
Verify Equipment Readiness - Test the operational capabilities and safety of rental, new, and sold equipment before it goes into service.
- Deliver top-notch service to customers: Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process.
Document Service Activities - Accurately record inspections, repairs, parts used, fluids consumed, and other service-related information on work orders.
- Prioritize safety at all times: Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Collaborate with the Team - Work closely with peers and leadership to complete work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Keep the shop tidy and organized: Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
What You Will Need:
Mechanical Aptitude - Experience operating, maintaining, or repairing equipment, with construction equipment knowledge preferred.
- Effective communication abilities: Clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively: Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Keen attention to detail: Pay close attention to the specifics.
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
