Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define clear, implementation-ready requirements for software features, platform capabilities, and system improvements. This role is responsible for turning product intent and business needs into well-structured requirements that account for workflows, data models, APIs, integrations, edge cases, and measurable outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of product definition and technical execution, helping shape user-facing and backend capabilities by defining detailed functional requirements, acceptance criteria, data needs, process flows, and integration expectations. This person should be comfortable working across stakeholder groups, balancing product priorities with implementation realities, and helping teams define features with enough depth to avoid ambiguity during development. The right candidate knows how to partner closely with product and engineering, work through complexity without overcomplicating the process, and maintain strong requirement discipline across features, integrations, and evolving platform needs.
