Position Summary: The Senior Manager, People Success Partner serves as both a strategic advisor and hands-on partner to assigned business leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities while delivering practical day-to-day support for employees and managers. This role helps strengthen leadership, organizational effectiveness, workforce readiness, employee experience, and business performance. The People Success Partner builds deep business understanding, anticipates talent and organizational needs, advises leaders through change, and partners across People Success to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-focused solutions. This includes supporting talent and performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, policy guidance, people data, and implementation of People Success programs and initiatives. * Bachelor's degree in business, behavioral sciences, law, or related discipline required. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered. * 6+ years of progressive work experience in Human Resources required. Preferably in a Business Partner, HR Operations, Employee Relations, or similar role including strong work experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Experience in life sciences, biotech, research and development, or pharma preferred. * Strong business acumen and working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, benefits, employee relations, diversity, performance management, HRIS, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, compliance, and employment laws (federal, California, and other states). * HR Certified Professional credential highly preferred.
