Carver Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life Assistant - Part Time (every other Saturday and Sunday) - to join our growing team.

Carver Ridge Senior Living is located just outside the heart of downtown Carver, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Position: Community Life Assistant (CLA)

Houry: $17.50 - $22.50 hourly, depending on experience

Service Area: 920 6th Street West, Carver, MN 553315

Schedule: Option 1: on-call (hours will vary) / Option 2: every other weekend

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.

Duties include:

Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.

Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.

Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.

Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
