Job Highlights
The Regional Demand and Supply Planner is responsible for all regional demand and supply planning activities for the assigned plants and coordinates many aspects of the overall Integrated Business Planning Process with internal stakeholders. The role is accountable to ensure the highest customer experience by optimizing planning of the production network while controlling internal network costs and inventories, achieving a proper demand/supply balance.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains supply plans for the regional supply network. Ensures feasible plan to balance our production facilities, supplier constraints, demand risks, costs and working capital. Facilitates regional Supply Review to ensure coordination between Operations, Procurement, Product Management and Supply Chain. Validates that operations is adhering to the plans.
- Creates and maintains regional demand plan in SAP IBP. Provides regional input to the monthly global Demand Review meeting to ensure coordination between Commercial, Product Management, Finance/Controlling and Supply Chain. Accountable for managing product allocations and improving Forecast accuracy and demand generation process.
- Leads Regional Supply Review meetings. Practices good IBP behaviours and helps to generate alignment across multiple business functions. Supports metric review and root causing below-target performance with corrective action implementation. Develops and clearly presents decisions to be made in the IBP meeting for supply and demand scenarios that have financial impact on the outcome of our business.
- Aligns demand, supply and inventory optimization plans with the business and finance/controlling team in the context of IBP to ensure one plan is used throughout the organization.

- Coordinate with a team of Supply Chain Managers and schedulers located at regional production facilities. Accountable for the local execution of detailed production scheduling, target setting and process adherence.
Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Sciences.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in advanced demand/supply planning experience.
- Key User knowledge in SAP IBP, SAP PTM and OTC; MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to communicate across different levels and diverse cultures
- Demonstrated capabilities in change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills (English).
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; high comfort organizing, institutionalizing, and using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent IT and process affinity.

- Compensation We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program. The established pay range for pay grade of this position is $121,600 to $202,600. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
